Key Account Manager:
As Key Account Manager you will be developing relationships and fulfilling requirements for a suite of key company accounts. You will also be working closely with each client providing support and guidance on how they can use our services. You will develop detailed knowledge of our services and the benefits they can provide to our clients allowing you to ensure they get the most effective solutions to complete their business goals.
Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager include managing client expectations and working closely with our business development team to manage the client portfolio, reviewing contracts and identifying marketing leads within current account holders.
Salary dependent on experience.
As a Sales Executive you will be the driving force behind the development of the company; generating new business by activating new accounts. You will help to set and monitor individual account targets and revenue whilst keeping up to date on market information and producing business development ideas.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in sales in an office or field based environment. They will be also be motivated and target driven with good relationship building skills.
Salary: £40k OTE
Both roles require a confident telephone manner and good working knowledge of general office computer software, in particular ACT, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
